This 69 m², 3-bedroom apartment has rooms for rent and offers modern high-tech home appliances and a large balcony overlooking a beautiful green courtyard. The kitchen and living room form a large, open-plan space, and there is 1 full bathroom and 1 toilet room to share.
The apartment is located in the Bron, which is just outside of Lyon. This area provides a peaceful, calm environment and is as little as 30 minutes from the city centre. Located so close, Bron shares the same public transportation lines as the city that makes it easy to get around.
What we liked the most
- There is parking available.
- There is extra storage in the hallway.
- The living room has an L-shaped couch and a coffee table.
- There is a separate laundry room connected to the balcony.
- The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, electric stove, and oven.
- The bathroom has a hydro-massage shower with changing-color lights and a built-in music system.
- The tram stop is 2 minutes from the apartment.
Things to keep in mind
- The building does not have an elevator, but the size of the balcony and its views will make you forget about the extra stairs.
