It is a spacious property with plenty of room for the 5 tenants and a fully-equipped kitchen that also has a dining table where you can enjoy meals with flatmates or friends.
Etats-Unis is part of Lyon's 8th arrondissement and is a mainly residential and upmarket area. It is family-friendly and has a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. Here you will find the beautiful Parc de Parilly, ideal for exercising or for a sunny weekend picnic, as well as all the necessary amenities – the property itself is a 6-minute walk from a food store.
