This spacious 200m² 7-bedroom house on Quai Clemenceau in Caluire-et-Cuire has a live-in landlady, and offers a spacious fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. You'll also find a sitting area with a TV, and access to a large garden with a table; perfect to sit around as the sun goes down. There are 2 shared bathrooms to be shared between the 7 bedrooms.
This house is located to the north of Lyon's city center in a lovely residential area by the River Saone. There are various shops within walking distance, such as a grocery store and some good local restaurants. You can get to the city center in roughly 14-minutes by car.
What we liked the most
