This shared, 4-bedroom apartment offers rooms to rent in a modern and well-connected area of Lyon. The 68 sqm flat features two bathrooms, one toilet room, and a shared kitchen and dining area also equipped with a washing machine. All rooms in this well-equipped flat are fully furnished, and come with an independent key. The apartment is located on Place des Pavillions in the neighbourhood of Arrondissement 7, a rapidly developing area with several new buildings sprouting up everywhere. The flat for rent is close to the Rhone river, public transport and you will find several shops, supermarkets and restaurants within a short walk.
