Cosy studio apartment for rent, located in a residence hall in the Part Dieu area, just a short walk from plenty of metro stations as well as Part Dieu shopping centre. The studio features an expandable sofa and a kitchen corner, as well as a bathroom with a shower. You will be living in the 3rd arrondissment, one of the most business-oriented parts of Lyon, however, this district is still full of shops, restaurants and bars. The area of the studio is 22m2.
What we liked the most
- The sofa expands into a comfortable double bed.
- Lyon Part Dieu shopping centre is just a 15 minute walk away.
- The nearby metro stations can easily take you to the city centre and other areas of Lyon.
- The studio is next to a public swimming pool complex!
