From Part-Dieu rail station, tenants can take a train to different destinations across Europe. The property has a large, charmingly decorated living, sleeping and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully furnished with modern appliances, and the living room also serves as a bedroom as it has a double sofa bed. Alternatively, tenants can purchase their own bed to fit in the second living area. This property is ideal for students as it is a 21 minute walk from University Lyon 3 Manufacture des Tabacs campus.
