This bright 36m2 studio has a spacious kitchen area and a lovely living room with a lofted double bed. Its windows face the street as well as the courtyard, creating a peaceful and noise-free environment. The surrounding area is lively and well-connected, making this a perfect choice for anyone looking to live close to many universities and have easy access to other areas of the city.

- The apartment also has a bathroom, equipped with a large bathtub, as well as a toilet room.
