This area is very close to the center and there are many bars, restaurants and cafés within walking distance from the apartment. This property is ideal for students, who can walk 10 minutes to reach University Lyon 1 campus, or 4 minutes to reach the INSA Lyon campus. The property consists of a large living, kitchen and bedroom area, which is designed in an open plan layout. Tenants can enjoy meals on the foldable table which can be collapsed if more space is needed. There is a large desk in the apartment which is perfect for studying or working from home.
What we liked the most
- University Lyon 1 and the INSA Lyon campus are within walking distance from the flat.
- The property is compact as the living, sleeping and kitchen areas are in the same room.
- The bathroom is spacious and has modern facilities.
- There are several bus stations near the apartment and République Villeurbanne metro station is 16 minutes away.
