This neighbourhood is becoming more and more popular, as many interesting bars, cafés and restaurants are emerging in the area. Ideal for students, this studio is 8 minutes from University Lyon 2, 11 minutes from the Sciences Po campus, and 19 minutes from Lyon 3 University. The interior of the studio is cosy, featuring a main room that serves as a living room, dining area and bedroom. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a deluxe hydromassage bathtub, and the kitchen is fully furnished with modern appliances.
What we liked the most
- The bathroom features a luxurious, hydromassage bathtub.
- University Lyon 2, University Lyon 3 and the Sciences Po campus are all within walking distance.
- Saxe - Gambetta, one of Lyon's main metro stations, is just 5 minutes from the property.
- Tenants can access a communal terrace which is outside the front door.
- The property has a warm ambiance as the walls are painted in a yellow colour.
