Although compact, this studio is beautifully furnished, complete with storage units and expandable furniture, perfect for saving space and ensuring a tidy home. The charming 26m2 studio also comes with a parking space, allowing easy commute for tenants with a car. You will be living in a peaceful residential area, located on a hill, with fantastic views of the city - perfect for anyone looking to live in a studio with a wonderful terrace view.
What we liked the most
- The studio is secure, complete with a video phone system.
- The stylish kitchen is equipped with a fantastic built-in refrigerator, an oven and a dishwasher.
- Although compact, this studio has a large standalone wardrobe and an expandable dining table.
- One of the best features of the studio is its 12m2 terrace, with a fantastic view of Lyon on the right.
Things to keep in mind
- The nearest metro station is a 20 minute walk away.
- The sofa in the living area expands into a double bed.
