This sunny studio apartment is available to rent in the 8th Arrondissement of Lyon, just down the street from the Faculté de Médecine Lyon Est. This popular district is quiet, green, and primarily residential, and it is very well connected to the rest of the city via metro and tram. The luminous apartment features wood floors, high ceilings, and large windows that make it appear much larger than its 36 sqm. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a gas stove, washing machine, small appliances, and plenty of storage. The living and sleeping space is comfortably furnished, has a walk in closet, and access to the lovely balcony.
