This studio apartment to rent has 2 large windows that face an interior courtyard, making it bright but silent. The flat is furnished with a double bed, a dining table and a basic kitchen. There is also 1 bathroom, good storage space and electric heating.
This apartment is located in a diverse multicultural area of Lyon, with a range of local and ethnic restaurants to be discovered. This neighbourhood is also very well-connected to the rest of the city, with several buses, tram and metro lines serving the area.
What we liked the most
- The basic kitchen provides a range of utensils to prepare your meals.
- The 2 large windows let in good natural light and can also be opened for fresh air.
- There is good storage space with a shelving unit and a wardrobe.
- The apartment is located close to the amenities of Guillotiere.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is small, but that makes it easy to clean!
- There is only a small refrigerator in the kitchen.
- There is no washing machine or television in the apartment.
