A bright 22m2 studio apartment is available to rent for students situated near several universities in the Villeurbanne area. The interior of the property is compact yet cosy, consisting of a main room which serves as a partially equipped kitchenette, a living area, and a bedroom.
Despite being a town in its own right, locals often refer to Villeurbanne as part of Lyon itself. The surrounding area has several bars, restaurants and cafés which suit all tastes and budgets. This apartment is ideal for students, as the University Lyon 1 and INSA campuses are respectively about 13 minutes away.
