This 35 m² studio apartment is a luxury home at an affordable price! The studio has high ceilings with wooden detailing and large windows – making it a big, bright bohemian space. The elegant kitchen has beautiful countertops and a bar table with chairs. The bedroom is tucked away in a corner, separated by a curtain. There is a seperate shower room and a toilet room – perfect for when you have guests!
The apartment is on a quiet street in the Montchat and La Villette business district. You have a tram station and a metro station within walking distance, 5 and 15 minutes respectively.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has high ceilings, large windows, and quality decor.
- The bedroom is separated from the rest of the living area by a curtain.
- The living room has a double sofa-bed, desk, storage, and a flat-screen TV.
- The kitchen has a microwave, electric plates, and a washing machine.
