This property is spacious as it is spread over 2 floors, and it is decorated with fresh white walls and wooden beams. The 2nd floor has funky glass floors which makes it very modern. The bedroom and living area are on the top floor, and the partially equipped kitchen can be found on the floor below.
Venissieux is a residential neighbourhood located to the south-east of Lyon's city centre. There are several restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and Parc de Parilly can be reached in just 7 minutes. To reach the centre, tenants can walk just 4 minutes to Parilly metro station.
What we liked the most
- Parc de Parilly is 7 minutes away, and serves as an excellent substitute for a back garden.
- Pets are permitted on the premises.
- The property is a duplex apartment; it is spread over 2 floors.
- The bedroom has skylights.
- The interior of the apartment is very modern, with wooden beams, high ceilings and white walls.
