An affordable studio apartment is available to rent near a metro station in Montchat, Lyon. The apartment is located in the 3rd arrondissement, and is close to the Université Jean Moulin Lyon and Sciences-U Lyon. The kitchen is basic but practical, with a microwave, small stove, and mini fridge-freezer. The bathroom has a new toilet and a chest of drawers for storage. The main room is spacious and well-lit, and has a lofted bed, a desk, and some drawers.
The Montchat neighborhood is an ideal place for students or young professionals. Montchat is well-connected by public transportation, and the Lyon city center can be reached within 10 minutes by metro. The neighborhood is full of restaurants, cafes, and unique shops, as well as several universities.
What we liked the most
- The studio apartment is very close to a metro station.
- The property is a 2-minute walk from the Sciences-U Lyon university and a 7-minute walk from the Université Jean Moulin, which is perfect for students.
- There is plenty of storage space in the apartment, including a built-in closet.
- The apartment has a beautiful view of greenery.
