A charming, 23m2 studio apartment is available to rent for women in Vieux Lyon. Not only does this property have plenty of character with its wooden beams and tiled floors, but its windows boast unrivalled views of the Fourvière Basilica. The apartment consists of a cosy main room which serves as a living room, a dining room and a partially equipped kitchenette.
Vieux Lyon is one of the best places to live in the city. The area is characterised by narrow cobbled streets, the best restaurants in France, an enormous assortment of bars, and charming boutiques and markets. Most other parts of Lyon are reachable on foot, and the Vieux Lyon metro station is just 4 minutes away.
What we liked the most
- If you live here, you will be living in Europe's oldest Renaissance neighbourhood after Venice.
- The windows boast spectacular views of Fourvière Basilica.
- Vieux Lyon metro station is 4 minutes away.
- The apartment has plenty of character, with wooden beams and tiled floors.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen does not have an oven but it has a fully equipped kitchen.
- The property does not have a washing machine or a dryer, but there are several laundrettes nearby.
- The main downside of this property is that once you live here, no other apartment will be better.
