A 26 m², studio apartment is available to rent in Part-Dieu in Lyon. The apartment is decorated primarily in white which helps it to feel bright and spacious and there are also splashes of colour that add interest. The mezzanine bedroom area makes the studio feel larger than it is and is a clever use of the space.

Part-Dieu is Lyon's 3rd arrondissement and is a mainly residential and business area. It is home to the Part Dieu station, the city's main rail station, so is a fantastic location for those who intend to travel around France. Here you will also find the Halles de Lyon, a covered food market selling some delicious cuisine.

What we liked the most

  • The elevated bedroom area is a clever way to make the most use of the space.
  • The blackboard is a fun and useful addition, the perfect place to write reminders.
  • There is a dining table where you can enjoy your meals alone or with friends.
  • The property is a 6-minute walk from a Simply supermarket, great for last-minute food purchases.
  • This location is ideal for professionals as it is home to many of the city's corporations and also has easy access to the rest of Lyon.

Things to keep in mind
