The apartment has recently been renovated, so everything is brand new. The main room serves as a living room and a bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of storage space.
You will be living on Rue Ney which is in Brotteaux, one of Lyon's most coveted neighbourhoods. Not only is the local area upmarket and secure, but it is also home to a variety of shops, cafés, bars and restaurants to suit your daily needs. You will be living less than 5 minutes from Part-Dieu - Europe's largest inner city shopping centre and also the most accessible transport hub in Lyon.

- The main room has a sofa bed and a normal, single bed.

- The kitchen has plenty of storage space.
- The apartment is spacious, with high ceilings and bright rooms.
