This 20 m² studio apartment on Rue Dedieu, in Villeurbanne, is nicely decorated and luminous. The main room is furnished with a sofa, television, and has a kitchen corner with all the basics to cook and dine.
The apartment is located in a charming and quiet area, only 5 minutes from the metro. Beautiful Parc de la Tête d'Or and the Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 are located within walking distance.
