This 30 m² studio apartment available to rent in Parilly has a mezzanine floor and a loft bed that takes advantage of all the space available. On the ground floor, you have a fully equipped kitchen with a 2-burner stove, microwave, small oven, and a washing machine. There are stairs that take you the mezzanine floor where you have a ladder for the raised double bed and a desk, couch, shelving, and standalone wardrobe underneath.
The studio is located right outside Lyon in the town of Vénissieux. In the Parilly district, you are very well-connected to the city by bus and Metro. However, this is a great choice if you are looking for something more residential. You are a short walk to the huge Parc de Parilly and have plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
What we liked the most
- We love the loft bed that allows for a more spacious bedroom.
- There is a washing machine – nice feature for a studio.
- You are well-connected by Metro.
