Located in residential Parilly is this 30 m² studio apartment for rent. The studio has a staircase that leads to a mezzanine floor, allowing for a separate kitchen and bedroom area. On the main floor you have an equipped kitchen with a 2-burner stove, microwave, dining table, and plenty of shelving for storage. Up the stairs you have the bedroom, which comes with a loft double bed and a couch and desk underneath. You also have plenty of storage space with 2 wardrobes and a shelving unit.
The studio is located right outside Lyon in the town of Vénissieux. In the Parilly district, you are very well-connected to the city by bus and Metro. However, this is a great choice if you are looking for something more residential. You are a short walk to the huge Parc de Parilly and have plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
