Rooms for rent in a large 10th floor 6 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment, located in Lyon's 8th arrondissement, 20-minute walk from Parc de Parilly. One of the best features of the 111m2 apartment is its large kitchen with a fantastic view of the neighborhood. Each bedroom is furnished with a single bed and a desk, perfect for students or professionals. Car park is available at an additional price, ensuring easy access to the city centre. The surrounding area is calm and peaceful, however, a short walk will lead you to a supermarket, as well as several shops and restaurants.

Bedroom 6 has a single bed, desk, and storage units. This room does not have a window. Please note that this room is partially connected to Room 5, but it has a partition wall and curtain.
