The renovated apartment, shared with the live-in landlord, has a brightly colored kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances such as an electric stove and dishwasher, and the common bathroom is equipped with a bathtub.
The neighborhood of Guillotiere is located to the right of the Rhone River and houses many restaurants and bars. This multicultural area is well-served by public transport and has a student-friendly atmosphere, as it is home to varoius universities including the Université de Lyon, Université Lumière Lyon 2, and Universite Lyon 3 Jean Moulin.
