This fully furnished studio apartment is both reasonably priced and conveniently located close to the city center and several universities. It would be a great option for students, as Jean Moulin University Lyon 3, ISCOM and IAE are all nearby. The 20 sqm studio is located on the 5th floor, and the large window offers a beautiful view over the surrounding area. It is furnished with everything you will need, including a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove. The building itself also offers high-end amenities, like reception and a common laundry room with washers and dryers.
