This modern studio apartment is available to students and has a bathroom, a loft bed with double mattress, and a small kitchen. The studio covers an area of 25 m2, but makes good use of the limited space. The living area has a comfortable couch and is separated from the kitchen by a small table with 2 chairs. The recently refurbished bathroom is very tidy and quite spacious.
The apartment is located on Avenue Jean Jaurès, in Arrondissement 7. This neighbourhood is close to the city centre and well connected to the rest of Lyon by public transport. In the area you will find plenty of excellent restaurants, as well as the Halle Tony Garnier, a concert hall that hosts exhibitions and music events
What we liked the most
- The studio makes great use of the limited space with a loft-bed above the kitchen.
- The kitchen is small but well equipped with a microwave, stove top, coffee-maker, and half refrigerator.
- There is a breakfast bench and 2 stools for enjoying your meals.
- The recently refurbished bathroom is very tidy and quite spacious.
- The apartment is excellently located with good access to public transport.

- This studio has a loft bed that is accessible via a wooden ladder.
