This 45 m² studio apartment for rent is extremely spacious and has beautiful scenic views. The living area has floor-length windows that open up to the large grassy terrace. The kitchen and living room are separated only by an island bar table. The living room is furnished with a sofa-bed and has 2 built-in wardrobes in the corridor. The bathroom is completely renovated and has a large and elegant bathtub. The design and modern decor make this a very elegant home at a great price!
The studio is located in the 9th district of Vaise. Although a little outside of the city center, there is a train station and a metro stop about a 15-minute walk from the property that will take you into the city centre.
What we liked the most
- The floor-length windows open onto the large terrace and fill the apartment with light.
- The living room has a sofa bed, coffee table, storage, and a flat-screen TV.
- The kitchen has a microwave, stove, oven, and washing machine.
- The kitchen has a lot of cabinet space and a long island table with bar stools.
- The bathroom is very spacious and is fully renovated.
- The studio comes with a lot of storage space with 2 built-in wardrobes and an extra storage closet in the kitchen.
- The property is connected to the city centre by metro and by train.
Things to keep in mind
- The neighbourhood is located on a hill, so you will get plenty of exercise.
