This apartment is situated on Rue Marx Dormoy in Vénissieux, a residential commune located to the south-east of the city centre. Despite being situated outside of the Périphérique, the local area has everything you need in the way of shops, cafés and restaurants. To reach the city centre, you can catch the metro or train from Gare de Vénissieux which is 6 minutes away.

- The best feature of this apartment is the large back garden, it's the perfect sun trap!
- The kitchen is spacious, bright, and fully equipped.
- Gare de Vénissieux is just 6 minutes away. If you take the metro from here, you can be at Lyon 3 university, Vieux Lyon, or Bellecour square in no time.
