This modern studio apartment for rent on Place de Capucins is on the 1st floor. The front door opens into the open-concept space. You’ll immediately spot the one-wall kitchen. It’s fully equipped, has ample cupboard space, and a dining counter with three stools. The wardrobe is behind the door. On the wall is a unique little garden that livens up the space. And there is a window in the studio, too. It’s furnished with twin beds and a comfy chair. The modern bathroom has a shower cabinet.
Your new home in Croix-Rousse is in the heart of it all. You’re cushioned between the Saône and the Rhône rivers. Everywhere you turn, you’ll find cafés and restaurants. La M.M. theater is a few minutes away. The Lyon National Opera and Le Bec de Jazz club are also nearby. There are clothing boutiques to shop in, gourmet stores to buy specialty items, and regular supermarkets for groceries. And there are tourist sites all around. Spend an afternoon in the Lyon Museum of Fine Arts. Or just enjoy walking around and discovering this 1st arrondissement.
