This one bedroom apartment is located on Calle Fresa, right in the centre of Madrid. The stylishly decorated flat has one bathroom and is fully furnished with a television, sofa, dining table, heating and air-conditioning, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment has two small balconies that look out over the street below and let in a lot of natural light. The location of this exterior flat is unbeatable, close to Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, and many of the attractions Madrid has to offer. You will never run out of bars and restaurants to visit!

- The location is one of the flat's highlight, right next door to Plaza Mayor in the centre of Madrid.
- The apartment is fitted with central heating and air conditioning to keep you at the right temperature year round.
- The two balconies let in lots of natural light and look out over the plaza below.
- The apartment is stylishly furnished and decorated.
- All bills are included in the monthly rent.
