Quiet interior 1 bedroom apartment for rent, located in the multicultural neighborhood of Lavapies, close to the metro station and the Embajadores train station. The 32m2 apartment consists of a cosy living space, complete with an open plan kitchen with a small dining area. Its bedroom features a comfortable double bed, perfect for couples looking for a peaceful apartment with easy access to Sol and other areas around the city. The surrounding area is home to Parque Casino De La Reina. Mercado de San Fernando and the popular Sunday market El Rastro.

- You will be located in a culturally diverse area, just moments away from the popular El Rastro market.
- Embajadores train station is a short walk away, perfect for those commuting long distance.
- The bathroom come with storage for your toiletries as well as a shower.
- A washing machine is provided inside the apartment!
