This modern 1-bedroom apartment to rent in Madrid is fully furnished and very stylish. It offers a floor area of 29 m2, with 1 bathroom, a living area with a television, and a basic but fully functional kitchen with a washing machine.
This location is not only close to Retiro Park, but it is also very well connected by public transport to the rest of the city. You can walk to Atocha in 25 minutes or it takes 10 minutes on the metro, making it very easy to explore other parts of Spain or connect to the airport.
What we liked the most
- This stylish apartment is equipped with modern furniture and accessories.
- There is an air-conditioning unit in the living area as well as a window that can be opened for fresh air.
- The living room is very cozy and well furnished with a sofa, dining table and television.
- The bathroom is also modern, and offers storage for toiletries and a mirror.
- The apartment is close to Atocha and the metro enabling an easy commute to school or work.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen is compact, and only has a small refrigerator, but it is otherwise well equipped for cooking.
- The wardrobe is located in the living area rather than the bedroom.
