This wonderful 50m2 apartment features a chic sunny kitchen, a living area, and a bedroom with a double bed – perfect for professionals or couples. Its windows face the courtyard, guaranteeing peace and quiet.
You will be well connected with the rest of the city as Delicias, Palos de la Frontera and Atocha are all a short walk from the apartment. You will also be close to the famous Mercado de Motores and a quick bus ride away from the beautiful Retiro Park, where you can relax on sunny days.
What we liked the most
- Atocha, one of the main train stations of the city, is a 5-minute walk away.
- The sunny kitchen has beautiful worktop surfaces.
- We love the chic living room area with a dining table, a sofa and a television.
- The windows overlook a quiet courtyard.

- The building of the apartment does not have an elevator.
