This spacious and modern 2-bedroom ground-floor apartment is available to rent in Ciudad Universitaria. The apartment has 2 very bright bedrooms with lots of storage, a living room with a comfortable sofa and a TV, plus a fold out dining table, and well-equipped and nicely decorated modern kitchen. The kitchen has a large fridge-freezer, an oven with stove, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. The bathroom has a large shower, washbasin, and toilet.
This apartment is ideal for professionals and postgrads. It is located in Ciudad Universitaria, just a 10-minute walk from the nearest campus. It is also on the edge of Tetuán, where you will find the Paseo de la Castellana, Madrid's main business district. The apartment is also just a minute or so from a large park.
What we liked the most
- The really modern well-equipped kitchen looks like it would be a pleasure to cook in.
- It is great to have access to the internal patio, where you can dry your clothes, and smoke if you need to.
- The apartment is ideally located for either professionals or postgrad students.
- Golfers will love that there is a 9-hole course just a couple of minutes' walk from the apartment.
