This 2-bedroom apartment is a modern and elegant property in one of the best locations in Madrid. With an area 110 m², you have a spacious and bright apartment filled with stylish furniture pieces and beautiful artwork making it a picture-perfect home. There is polished wood flooring throughout, high ceilings, and many windows that let in plenty of sunlight. The living room has cozy seating, a flat-screen TV, and AC – the perfect room! There is 1 en-suite bathroom and 1 full bathroom.
Located minutes away from Puerta del Sol, you are in the heart of Madrid. You have major touristic sites and stores all within walking distance: El Corte Ingles, Plaza Mayor, El Teatro Real. With everything at your finger tips, this is one of the best places to live in in Madrid! A fan of Spanish churros? Well it gets better, because you are seconds away from the world-famous Chocolateíra San Gines.
What we liked the most
- The living room has beautiful furniture, including the lamps, rug, and table giving you that warm-at-home feeling.
- Bedroom 1 is extremely spacious with a huge built-in closet, and is the type of room you'll never want to leave.
- There is AC in bedroom 1 and the living room – perfect for those summer months!
- There is parking available, a necessity and luxury for city center living.
- You can't beat the location! Minutes away from Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, and Opera, this is any Madrileños dream location.
