This 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Avenida de Alberto Alcocer in the Chamartin district of Madrid. The 50 m² apartment is very stylish and modern, and has a kitchen that hides away, which includes an oven and a dishwasher. You will have a balcony, with space for a small table and a couple of chairs, which will make a terrific spot to eat your breakfast on a warm summer morning. What's more, the apartment building has a communal swimming pool.

You will be living in the Castilla area of Chamartín, close to both Cuzco and Colombia Metro stations, and with a lot of nearby amenities., including the fresh produce market, Mercado de Chamartín.

What we liked the most

The apartment is really stylish and modern, and has a really cool retro-style refrigerator.
You will have great views from your 5th floor balcony.
The small but well-equipped kitchen hides away, making the living area feel more spacious.
You will have access to a swimming pool.
There is plenty of shopping and other amenities nearby.
