This 1-bedroom apartment available to rent is the definition of luxury from its layout to its location to its decor. With an area of 90 m², the apartment has a spacious and elegant living room that serves as the central point furnished with a sofa, TV, and dining table. The balcony windows and art pieces only add to the cozy atmosphere. The black-and-white kitchen comes fully equipped with both a washing machine and dishwasher. At the other end, you have the en-suite bedroom with a huge built-in wardrobe.
Plaza Mayor is one of the must-see sites of Madrid, and in this apartment you get to live there. The plaza is always full of people having a coffee, enjoying the street performers, or having a nice meal. Although living in the plaza is an exclusive opportunity, you are also just 3 minutes to Puerta del Sol, another important site with plenty of transport connections.
What we liked the most
- The windows are double glazed, so you will never have to worry about street noise.
- The bedroom has a built-in wardrobe that covers an entire wall.
- The bathroom has a 2-sink vanity – perfect for couples!
- The kitchen has a beautiful and modern black and stainless steel decor.
- Right in the middle of Plaza Mayor, you can't beat the location!
