This 43 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent in the Salamanca district has street views and large windows, which keep it filled with sunshine and let in plenty of fresh air. The living room and kitchen have an open-layout, creating the perfect space to relax, entertain, and cook meals.The bedroom is ensuite and comes with a double bed.
Salamanca is considered one of the prime locations to live in Madrid and Calle Lagasca is in the heart of it all. There are multiple metro stops within a 10-minute walk of the apartment, but conveniently you have some of Spain's big brand stores nearby: El Corte Inglés and Mango.
What we liked the most
- The living room has big windows which keep the apartment bright during the day.
- The AC unit in the living room can also be used for heating.
- There is additional built-in storage in the living room.
- The bathroom has under-sink storage and a shower rack.
- There are multiple restaurants and shops just steps from the apartment.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen does not have an oven, but it is equipped with an electric stove and microwave.
