The property is modern and bright, and it has a spacious, comfortable living room with a sofa, a TV, and a dining table. The kitchen is enormous and has everything you might need, including an oven, an electric stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, a big fridge, and a washing machine. The bedroom is also well-lit, and it has a lovely bay window in it with views of some famous buildings in Madrid. The bathroom is also modern, and it has a big bathtub in it.

This apartment is situated on Calle del Dr. Esquerdo in Retiro; one of Madrid's most popular and upscale neighborhoods. Home to the famed Retiro Park, residents of Retiro enjoy excellent public transportation, lots of great shopping areas in nearby Goya, and plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. It's an ideal location for families, professionals, or anybody looking for an authentic Madrid neighborhood!
