There is a spacious 110 m², 2-bedroom apartment available to rent to professionals only in the Retiro area. The apartment provides an open and elegant space, with wide corridors, dark wooden flooring, and stylish decor. The living room is very bright and is fully furnished, including a glass dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is 1 common bathroom to share.
Retiro is an upscale neighborhood that shares its name with Madrid's most famous park – less than 10-minutes from the apartment. Calle de Alcalá is also within walking distance and is lined with department stores, theaters, and restaurants. When you need to get around town, you have multiple metro stops to choose from.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has a lot of storage, elegant decor, and is spacious.
- There is AC in the living room and in bedroom 1.
- Bedroom 1 has an ensuite bathroom and a huge walk-in closet.
- Bedroom 2 can be used as a bedroom or a study.
- The kitchen has a dishwasher and plenty of counter space for cooking.
- You are surrounded by metros, parks, and shops.
