A luxury, 1-bedroom apartment with pool access and AC is available to rent in Hortaleza, Madrid. This very spacious, 55 m² property is exceptionally bright, with full length windows and very open rooms which allow natural light to flow through. The apartment has an open-plan living room and fully equipped kitchen, and a study area which is also a great place to relax with a book.
The apartment is on Calle Arturo Soria in the residential neighbourhood of Hortaleza. Located to the north-east of central Madrid, this neighbourhood is tranquil, but you will also find everything you need nearby for a comfortable stay. The closest metro station is Arturo Soria, and there are several bus stops in the local area.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has a coffee machine which is ideal for early morning starts.
- AC units are spread throughout the property.
- The property is exceptionally bright, spacious and modern.
- The kitchen has a dishwasher - how convenient!
- You have access to a shared swimming pool - this will be appreciated in summer!
- Parking facilities are available in a covered area with security cameras.
