A lovely 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Calle Matilde Diez in Prosperidad. The 57 m² property feels fresh and modern, with clean, white decor. There's a spacious open plan room with a cosy living area, a large terrace, and a nicely equipped kitchen.
Prosperidad is a popular choice for students and professionals, and is a short metro ride from the city centre. Nearby Calle López de Hoyos is packed with shops and bars, and there's a lovely park (Parque de Berlín) a short walk away.
What we liked the most
- The apartment feels airy, bright and spacious.
- We love the terrace. It's great to have some outside space!
- The bathroom has a huge, modern shower.
- Prosperidad is a peaceful yet very well connected neighbourhood.

- The oven you see in the video will be replaced with an entirely new one.
