There is a 40 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent in the Tetuán neighborhood. The apartment is very cozy and bright and comes with modern amenities such as AC, a gas fireplace, and a flat-screen TV: The blue kitchen comes fully equipped and the bathroom comes with a large jacuzzi bathtub.
The Tetuán neighborhood is ideal if you are looking to immerse yourself in local Madrileño life, being an authentic residential district. You are well-connected to the rest of the city by bus and metro, but are have plenty of restaurants, shops, and bars just a few minutes' walk away.
What we liked the most
- The living room opens up onto a small balcony and is always sunny.
- For the winter months, there is a stylish gas fireplace to keep you warm.
- There is a large flat-screen TV.
- There is a huge jacuzzi bathtub – talk about luxury!
- You have plenty of shops for your day-to-day errands.
