There is a beautiful 2-bedroom apartment available to rent in the colorful and lively neighborhood of Lavapiés. The apartment's best feature is the spacious and well-furnished terrace that is a rare gem in the city. The open layout of the living room and its high ceilings truly takes advantage of the apartment's 80 m².
Located on Calle del Amparo, you are in the La Latina area of the Lavapiés district. This neighborhood is a foodies's dream with an endless amount of international restaurants to be visited. Indian food lovers only need walk a few minutes before finding a street full of options. Right outside your door, you will also find lots of shops for your basic necessities or a random treat.
What we liked the most
- We love the terrace! When in need of a weekend retreat, you won't need to go very far.
- The apartment comes with stylish furniture, a vertical wall garden, and a colorful red kitchen – the beauty is in the details.
- If the summer heat keeps you indoors, at least you have 2 AC units.
- Hosting guests will never be an issue with the 2 sofa-beds provided.
- Showering will even be amazing with your own rainfall shower head.
Things to keep in mind
- Bedroom 1 has lower ceilings, but a huge built-in closet.
- Bedroom 2 is on a mezzanine floor overlooking the living room.
