This 34 m², 1-bedroom apartment in the Legazpi district has beautiful wood flooring and stylish decorations. The apartment has an ensuite bedroom and a combined living room and kitchen. The living room comes with a large flat-screen TV and a sofa which faces the dining table and the kitchen corner. With a unique corner layout, the apartment's design utilizes the space well.
Living outside the city center has its perks and this apartment is one of them. You are near the Madrid Río where you can find big green areas and paths perfect for bike riding or running. The apartment is near the famous Madrid Matadero, always hosting fairs, concerts, and more. There are also banks and restaunts nearby for all you day-to-day activities.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is extremely sunny.
- We love the colorful window frames and beautiful wood flooring.
- The bathroom has elegant vintage decor.
- Your furry friends are welcome!
- You have basic amenities, the Madrid Río, and cultural activities at your doorstep. But if you do want to go to the center, you can reach Sol in under 20 minutes.
Things to keep in mind
- There is currently no heating system, but you may speak to the landlady regarding its installation.
- The kitchen does not have an oven, but it comes with a microwave and 2-burner stove.
