This fully furnished, 3-bedroom apartment in Pacífico is equipped with central heating and air conditioning. The spacious 100 m² property has a bright living area, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen with a washing machine. There are 2 complete bathrooms to share.
The apartment is situated on Av. Del Mediterráneo, an excellent location only 5 minutes from Retiro park and within walking distance of Atocha station. The area has numerous bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The closest metro station is Menéndez Pelayo and it's about 8 minutes away.
What we liked the most
- The living area has a bookcase, 2 sofas and a television.
- One of the bathrooms is furnished with a bathtub.
- The kitchen has good bench space for cooking.
- Bedrooms 1, 2 and the living area have AC units.
- Being close to Atocha will enable easy travel to the airport and other parts of the city.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen was not equipped at the time of our visit, but the landlord informed us he will provide all that is needed for cooking by the time you move in.
- You will have to ring a service provider to install Wi-Fi if you require an internet connection. Be aware that in Madrid, unless you speak very good Spanish, this can be a bit of a challenge. It might be worth discussing with the landlord before you move in.
