There is a cozy and welcoming 70 m² apartment available to rent in Malasaña perfect for an individual or couple. The apartment is interior providing a quiet atmosphere, but with big windows that let in plenty of sun. The country-style kitchen is the main feature with wooden countertops, modern amenities, and a breakfast bar.
On Calle de Pizarro, the apartment is located in the heart of Malasaña a trendy and alternative part of Madrid. You will never get bored in this neighborhood with cocktail bars and international restaurants minutes from the apartment. There are also small boutiques nearby or you can head to Calle Gran Vía for international brands.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is interior but receives lots of sunlight.
- The kitchen looks into the living room – convenient for entertaining!
- There are mirrors throughout the apartment which reflect the light and give the sense of a bigger space.
- The living room has a big comfy couch and a large flat-screen TV.
- There is a metro stop nearby and lots of restaurants to try!
