The apartment is 64 m² with wood flooring and both exterior and interior views. Located in an apartment building you have access to a community pool – perfect for summer!
The apartment is conveniently located next to the Méndez Álvaro metro station and a large transportation hub, allowing you to get around Madrid and travel easily. Within a 10-minute walk you can also find a El Corte Inglés, Hipercor, and restaurants.
What we liked the most
- Having a pool is quite luxurious in the city!
- There is central AC – a must for the hot summer months.
- The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and small breakfast table.
- The bathroom has a nice large bathtub.
- There is parking available and you are near Madrid's M-30 highway.
- You don't need to go to the city center for activities with the Planetarium, Madrid Río, and the Matadero in your neighborhood.
