This 50 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent has city views of the Tetuán district. The spacious living room/dining room comes furnished with a cozy couch, glass table, and opens up onto a small balcony. There is a small, but equipped kitchen, and a spacious bedroom with an AC unit.
Located on Calle Orense, the apartment is in a lively area of Tetuán. If you love football, you'll love living about a 5-minute walk from Real Madrid's Santiago Bernabéu Stadium. The apartment is also surrounded by a Aldi grocery store, banks, and bars – providing you everything you need for your day-to-day activities.
What we liked the most
- On the 9th floor, the apartment receives plenty of natural light.
- There is AC in the bedroom – necessary for Madrid's summer nights.
- The kitchen is fully equipped, including a washing machine.
- There is a bathtub in the bathroom, perfect for relaxing on the weekend.
- You are surrounded by bars and restaurants and have a metro stop nearby.

- Wi-Fi is not installed. You will be responsible for contacting a service provider directly.
- The bedroom does not have a wardrobe, but you can use the built-in wardrobe in the living room.
