There is a 70 m², 2-bedroom apartment available to rent in Madrid's Salamanca district. The apartment has a unique layout, but is furnished to take advantage of all available space. Both rooms come furnished with a single bed, with one having an ensuite bathroom. There is an open-concept kitchen and living room, fully equipped and fully furnished.
Located in the northern part of the Salamanca district, the apartment is 1 minute away from the high-traffic Avenida de América metro and bus station. With such great connections, it makes moving around the city easy. The surrounding neighborhood is also full of all your basic amenities, including banks, a post office, and grocery stores.
What we liked the most
- The apartment feels new and modern.
- The kitchen has brand new appliances!
- You won't have to share a bathroom with 1 ensuite and 1 private.
- You have great connections to multiple metro lines and buses.
- The location is great for students at IE Business School, only a 15-minute walk away.
Things to keep in mind
- Bedroom 1 does not have a wardrobe, but there is one in the corridor that can be used.
- You will be responsible for contacting a service provider to install Wi-Fi.
